In accordance with statutory requirements of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council as of April, 27 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation or GDPR), by clicking «Accept» on this consent form provide to Metinvest Holding LLC, legal address: Mariupol, Nahimova str. 116-a, Ukraine (hereinafter - Metinvest) my consent to use my personal data based on the conditions set up below.
Metinvest may process some or all of the following categories of your personal data, which you provided while submitting appeal:
- first name and last name;
- job title;
- e-mail and phone.
My personal data could be used for the following purposes:
The purpose of processing your personal data is to ensure the implementation of economic activities and its security within the work of the Appeals Commission of the Company and enterprises associated with the company control relations within the meaning of Article 1 of the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Economic Competition".
Metinvest could share your personal data with Metinvest Group Companies and with third parties that are related to Metinvest by contract obligations. Your personal data could be shared only in handling claims and internal investigations, insuring access procedures, taxation, statistics and accounting procedures.
Your personal data will be stored no longer than it is reasonably necessary. Your personal data is (optionally) deleted as soon as our processing purposes have been achieved, or immediately if the need to collect data has disappeared following a change of circumstances. However, in some cases, we must store your data as long as applicable law requires. In any case we will review the necessity of your personal data keeping every 5 years.
Your rights as a data subject
Metinvest guarantees the following rights to you in relation to your personal data in accordance with the GDPR:
- Right to withdraw a consent: you can withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal data at any time, with the subsequent destruction of your personal data by us (Article 7). However, in some cases, we must store your data as long as applicable law requires it to be stored or for the purposes of protecting our legitimate interests.
- Right of information: you can request and receive information relating to the processing of your personal data. This includes the controller’s identity and contact details, the reasons or purposes for processing the personal data, the legal basis, recipients of personal data, and other relevant information necessary to ensure the fair and transparent processing of the data (Articles 12-14).
- Access right: you can request to be informed of whether or not personal data that concerns you is being processed by us. Where that is the case, you will be provided with additional information of such processing (Article 15).
- Right to rectification: you can request rectification of inaccurate personal data. In this case we will correct your personal data given to us if they are incomplete or incorrect (Article 16).
- Right to erasure: you can request that your personal data be erased from our systems. We will take reasonable steps to inform third parties which are processing your personal data (Article 17). However, in some cases, we must store your data as long as applicable law requires it to be stored or for the purposes of protecting our legitimate interests
- Right to restriction of processing: you can restrict the processing of your personal data. In this case we will keep your personal data, but will refrain from using it during the period for which this right applies (Article 18), unless such use is justified by the applicable laws, performance under the contract or by our legitimate interest.
- Right to data portability: you can request to receive your personal data provided to us in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, and to then transfer this data to other organizations without hindrance from us (Article 20).
- Right to object: if you consider that your rights have been violated, you can lodge a complaint to us. We will do our best to solve the problem (Article 21).
- Right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority: if you consider that your rights have been violated, you have the right to file a complaint with the relevant supervisory authority (Article 77).
